What are our reservation and cancellation policies?

The deposit for your cabin will equal:

• Up to one half the rental rate for the cabin for your entire stay; $400 per week maximum.
• After you make your reservation, you may cancel it within 24 hours without paying a cancellation fee. After that time:
  • If you cancel your reservation 60 days or longer before your scheduled arrival date, we will return your deposit less a $50 cancellation fee.
  • If you cancel less than 60 days before your arrival date, and we are able to rebook your cabin, we will return your deposit, less a $100 cancellation fee. If we are unable to rent the accommodation, we will keep the entire deposit.
  • If you arrange for someone to fill your reserved cabin and they show up, you will not lose your deposit or be charged a cancellation fee.
  • If you leave Camp before the end of your scheduled stay, you will be charged for the entire rental period.
• When reservations are made by phone or e-mail, deposits are required within 10 days after the booking. Payment by Visa, MasterCard, personal check, travelers’ checks, money orders, and cash are welcome. To e-mail your credit card number, send the first part of your number in one e-mail and the last four digits and your expiration date in a separate e-mail. I will also need your home address and phone number. Once I receive your deposit, I'll send you a confirmation with a brochure and cabin map.

When guests leave Camp and renew for the following year, their current deposit may be applied to the new deposit amount. When reservations are made by phone or e-mail, deposits are required within 10 days after the booking. Payment by Visa, MasterCard, personal check, travelers checks, money orders, and cash is welcome.
