Spring fishing on Burntside Lake brings in the big fish and families who catch them.
The Lewis and Lee families in Cabin 5 made fishing news at Camp on June 12 when
they tossed their hooks with leeches into a bay near Dead River.
For tips from our favorite Burntside fishing guide, give Jim Maki a call at his Great
Outdoors bait shop in Ely (218-365-4744).
It's time to come to Camp and rent a boat and motor for the day ($50 plus gas) or our new pontoon, which
seats 12 ($45 an hour or $145 a day), to get out on the lake. Canoes and kayaks are also available. P.S.: We don't allow dogs on the pontoon.
Get your tackle ready and come fishing with us!
